Please allow approximately 3 weeks from placing your order for your custom kit to arrive. We will let you know if your order needs more time.
What is your return policy?+
We want you to love your kit. If you are unhappy for any reason, email hello@zenaristudio.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, even for a personalized kit. In most cases, we issue refunds within 24 hours of your request. We reserve the right to ask you to return the kit before issuing a refund. If a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid label and issue your refund promptly after we receive the kit. We only ask that you tell us why you are returning it so we can improve our offerings. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
